how to catch a bobcat with live cage my cage is big i covered it with pine trees on the side,s and top and used sardines in it but nothing but raccoons in east tn.???

Location, location, location! Set on sign. I use rabbits and beaver for bait in cages. Use some type of eye appeal----I use the silver ball Christmas ornaments on a small length of fishing line and tie it to a limb just a few feet away from the cage. I make my own cages and they are 16x18x35. I think taller is more important than the width (should make them 20" instead of 18"). You can have the best bait and traps but if there are no cats there, you will not catch any! Good luck!
